Accounts Preparation

We are highly experienced in preparing accounts for sole-traders, partnerships and limited companies, using our up-to-date accounts production software.

We prepare the accounts from a very wide range of prime records, from hand written sheets to quite sophisticated software packages. The most popular package used is Sage and all of our staff are Sage trained.

Accounts Staff Training

We are always keen to assist our clients in improving their book-keeping skills and therefore reducing their accountancy costs. To this end we provide a training service to our clients, which can be on either a manual or computerised system. We have even developed our own basic spreadsheet for the simpler businesses which do not warrant the cost of purchasing a proprietary package, which is particularly suited to farming clients.

Book-keeping

Many of our clients have neither the time not the expertise to undertake their own book-keeping and so they choose to use our services. We find that this reduces considerably the cost at the year end and it enables us to detect any serious problems during the course of the year.

Management Accounts

A growing business needs to monitor its progress regularly and with this in mind we provide a management accounts service for either monthly or quarterly accounts. This is a popular service and is often delivered in conjunction with quarterly VAT returns.
